Shipping Information

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier as quickly as possible. During official holidays or unexpected courier delays, shipping will continue once operations resume.

Address and phone number

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and your phone number is correct and available. The courier may need to contact you before delivery.

Delayed orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will review the shipment status as soon as possible.
