You can exchange your item for another available size, color, or product. If the new item has a higher price, the difference will be collected before shipping. If the new item has a lower price, the remaining amount may be handled as store credit according to approval.

  • No damage, stains, perfume, or alteration

يمكنك طلب استبدال المقاس، اللون، أو الاستبدال بمنتج آخر خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية ومعه جميع التاجات.

إذا كان المنتج الجديد بسعر أعلى، يتم تحصيل فرق السعر قبل الشحن. وإذا كان بسعر أقل، يتم التعامل مع الفرق كرصيد للمتجر بعد الموافقة.
