Exchange-first policy

We prioritize product exchanges: size, color, or another available VAMMORA piece. Refunds are reserved for approved cases, wrong items, or defective products.

Exchange requests

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges can be made for another available size, color, or product through the Exchange Portal.

Item condition

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original condition and packaging
  • All original VAMMORA tags attached
  • No damage, stains, perfume, or alteration

Exchange value

If the new item is more expensive, the price difference will be collected before shipping.

If the new item is cheaper, the remaining amount may be issued as store credit after approval. Cash refunds are not the default exchange method.

Shipping fees

Exchange and return handling fees are 90 EGP for Cairo & Giza and 100 EGP for other governorates, unless the item received was wrong or defective.

Wrong or defective items

If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will offer a free exchange or full refund.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

طلبات الاستبدال

يمكنك طلب الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب. يمكن الاستبدال بمقاس آخر، لون آخر، أو منتج آخر متاح من خلال بوابة الاستبدال.

حالة المنتج

  • غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، ولم يتم ارتداؤه
  • بالحالة والتغليف الأصلي
  • بجميع تاجات VAMMORA الأصلية
  • بدون تلف، بقع، روائح، أو أي تعديل

فرق السعر

إذا كان المنتج الجديد بسعر أعلى، يتم تحصيل فرق السعر قبل الشحن.

إذا كان المنتج الجديد بسعر أقل، يتم التعامل مع الفرق كرصيد للمتجر بعد الموافقة. الاسترجاع النقدي ليس الطريقة الأساسية في طلبات الاستبدال.

رسوم الشحن

رسوم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع هي 90 جنيه للقاهرة والجيزة و 100 جنيه لباقي المحافظات، إلا إذا كان المنتج المستلم خاطئًا أو به عيب.

منتج خاطئ أو به عيب

إذا استلمت منتجًا خاطئًا أو به عيب، تواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وصور واضحة. بعد المراجعة، نوفر استبدالًا مجانيًا أو استرجاعًا كاملًا.
